SPRING HOPE - Thelma Hill Hicks, 76, died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006 at Nash General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Oct. 21) at Cypress Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Lula Telea Hicks of Durham and Dianne Schuler (Ronald) of Rougemont; sons, Johnny Ernest Hicks (Diana) of Durham and Derek Johnny Hicks of Greensboro; sisters, Catherine Collie of Louisburg and Nellie Arp of Sanford, Fla.; brothers, Dallas Hill and Warren Hill, both of Spring Hope, and Ronald Hill of Louisburg; and one granddaughter.
