RALEIGH - Alvin Raymond Walker Sr., 70, died Sunday, May 22, 2011. Funeral visitation will be 12:30-1 p.m. today (Saturday, May 28), with the services following at 1 p.m. at Lea Funeral Home, Raleigh. Interment will be at Carolina Biblical Gardens.

Surviving: daughter, Terrie W. Pullen (Richard); son, Alvin R. Walker Jr. (Angie) of Raleigh; sisters, Virginia Hagwood (Phil) of Louisburg, Hellen Walker of Snow Hill and Shirley Davis (Harry) of East Orange, N.J.; brothers, Marshall Walker Waldorf of Maryland, Josh Petterson (Gerrie) of Trenton, NC, Burnice Walker of Raleigh, Ricky Walker (Carol) of White Plains, Md.; five grandchildren; and a former wife, Delois (Dee) Alexander (Walker) of Raleigh.
