JAMES “JIMMY” A. FULLER


FRANKLINTON—James “Jimmy” Alan Fuller, 68, died Saturday, May 28, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday, June 1) at Franklinton Baptist Church, 102 W. Mason St., Franklinton. The Rev. David Averette will officiate. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall one hour prior to the service.

He was a charter member of the Franklinton Rescue Squad for 25 years, a supervisor for the U. S. Postal Service, a member of the American Legion Post 52, the 40/8 Brotherhood, and Franklinton Baptist Church.

Surviving: wife, Sarah Fuller of Franklinton; son, Lloyd Turner (Kathy) of Wendell; daughters, Gayla Jacobs of Wake Forest, Tina Hicks (Thurston) of Kittrell, Alicia Pearce of Franklinton; sister, Ella Nay Fuller of Louisburg; four grandchildren; and one nephew.

He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers and one sister.

Flowers are acceptable or memorial donations may be made to Franklinton Baptist Church or American Legion Post 52.
