LOUISBURG - Ruby “Pete” Bobbitt Murray, 73, of Louisburg, died Monday, August 08, 2011, at Louisburg Nursing Center.  She was preceded in death by her husband, David Earl Murray; her sisters, Annie Grey Jones and Becky Rhodes, and her brother, Thaddeus Wayne Bobbitt.  She was a graduate of Edward Best High School Class of 1956 and a member of Cedar Rock First Baptist Church.  Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Lancaster Memorial Park with the Rev. Mike Underwood and the Rev. Robert Ricks Boone officiating. 

She is survived by her daughter, Kim M. Kemp and husband, David; her son, Ken Murray and wife, Angelia; her sister, Rose Gupton; and her two grandchildren, Lauren and Matthew Murray, all of Louisburg.
