YOUNGSVILLE —Robert Hennessey, 73, died Friday, Oct. 28, 2011 at the Durham VA Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon Wednesday, Nov. 2, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.

He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., son of the late Margaret Appel Hennessey and Dennis Hennessey.

Surviving: wife, Janice Hennessey; daughter, Heidi Esiele (John) of Grahamsville, N.Y.; sons, Steven Hennessey (Evelyn) of Raleigh, Robert Hennessey (Jo Ann) of Youngsville; sister, Peggy Geraghty of Staten Island, N.Y.;  and seven grandchildren.
