LOUISBURG - Debra Yates Owens, 52, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at her home.  Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services Chapel, with the Rev. Allen Tharrington officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. 

Surviving: husband, Robert E. Owens, Jr.; son, Robert E. Owens, III of Louisburg; her mother, Virginia S. Yates of Raleigh; and a sister, Anne W. Yates-Brygmann of Montana.
