LOUISBURG - Minnie L. King, 74, died Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 at the Hock Family Pavillion in Durham. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at the United House of Prayer For All People, 409 E. South Street, Raleigh. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Louisburg.

Surviving: husband, James E. King of Louisburg; daughter, Tisa De’Shon King Wright of Detroit, Mich.; sisters, Florine Carpenter of Heathsville, Va., and Juanita Martin of Washington, D.C.; brothers, John Pinkney Jr. of Washington, D.C. and James Pinkney of Fairmont Heights, Md.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
