BUNN – Lonnie Gean Tant, 66, died Monday, Jan. 9, 2011 at home. Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 12, at Strickland Funeral Home, 211 W. Third St., Wendell.

A native of Franklin Co., he was son to the late Dillard Payton & Martha Williams Tant.  He was known for his painting and for lawn mower repair.  He was preceded in death by several siblings.

Surviving: wife, Yo-landa Bishop Tant of the home; children, Lonnie Tant Jr. (Vicky) of Zebulon, Timothy Tant of the home, Bonnie T. Fuller of Bunn; and three grandchildren.
