LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Douglas Edgerton, 61, who died Monday, Jan. 23, 2011, will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 28, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, with the Rev. Bennie Burt officiating. Burial will follow in the Perry’s Chapel Church cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Roselyn Edgerton of the home; daughter, Beverly Shanta Edgerton of Louisburg; son, Norman Latron Edgerton of Louisburg; sister, Thelma Edgerton of Baltimore, Md.; brothers, William Michael Edgerton and Barry Orlando Edgerton, both of Louisburg; and seven grandchildren.
