WAKE FOREST - Charlene Perry, 56, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at Stony Hill Baptist Church cemetery, with the Rev. Dr. Jamie Dew officiating. Visitation with the family will follow the graveside services at the Family Life Center of Stony Hill Baptist Church.

She was born in Wake County to Marvin Oscar O’Neal and the late Elma Jones O’Neal. She retired from the State of North Carolina as a legal secretary in 2005 after 31 years of service.

Surviving: husband, Danny Lee Perry of Wake Forest; son, Chad Perry of Raleigh; father, Marvin Oscar O’Neil (Ellen) of Wake Forest; sisters, Teresa Dark (Mark) of Youngsville and Nancy Vaughn (Ricky) of Wake Forest.
