LOUISBURG - Funeral  services for Lillian Massenburg Brodie, 87, who died Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 18, at Walnut Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Norwood Brodie, eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Willie C. Brodie of the home; daughters, Milltrene Newell of Louisburg and Angela Riley of Dallas; sisters, Mirenia Strickland, Anliza Gill and Carolyn Price, all of Louisburg, Martha Sneed of Oxford and Vivian Williams of Washington, D.C.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
