CASTALIA - Frank Brake, 73, died Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at Cedar Rock Baptist Church in Castalia. Burial will follow in the Brake family cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Karnellia G. brake of Jamaica, N.Y., Karen G. Brake-Mapp of Charlotte and Jean Alston of Louisburg; son, Kevin G. Brake of Castalia; sisters, Liz Coleman and Bessie Calhoun, both of Pittsburg; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
