ARLINGTON, VA- Funeral services for LaVern Hedgepeth Evans, 59, formerly of Whitakers, who died Sunday, April 8, 2012, will be held Saturday, April 14, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Linda Taybron officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 13.
