LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Charlotte Denise Chavis, 35, who died Wednesday, April 25, 2012, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, Burial will follow in the Haywood Baptist Church cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Kemp Chavis of the home; daughter, Denijah Hopkins of the home; stepdaughter, Deloris Williams of Louisburg; son, Kemp Hopkins Jr. of the home; stepson, Jaevawn Neal of Wake Forest; parents, Columbus and Louise Alston of Louisburg; sisters, Ruby Lynch of Castalia, Nancy Kearney of Kittrell, Annie Mae Alston of Bunn and Marion Perry of Louisburg; brother, Christopher Alston of Bunn.

Open visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 30, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
