ZEBULON – Horace Littleton Tant, 76, died Monday, April 30, 2012. Graveside service will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, May 3, in the Perry family cemetery, the date of his wedding anniversary.

A native of Franklin County, he was the son of the late Mack & Jane Pearce Tant. His wife, Pauline Horton Tant, and son, Roger, preceded him in death.

Surviving: children, Pamela Denton (Donald) of the home, Charmaine Journigan (Terry) of Wake Forest, Wade Tant of Fayetteville; siblings, Monroe Tant (Jean) of Nashville, Mozelle Upchurch of Rocky Mount; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Strickland Funeral Home, 211 W. Third St., Wendell.
