YOUNGSVILLE - Frances Ann Johnston died Sunday, June 10, 2012 at home. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at First Church of Christ, Scientist, Raleigh. There is no visitation. Flowers are welcome, and are part of her final request.

Surviving: parents, Bob and Martha Johnston of Wake Forest; son, Ashley Pace (Kimberly) of Indian Trail; brother, Dan Johnston (Teresa) of Apex, and David Johnston, currently stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.; husband, Bruce Smith of Youngsville; and three grandchildren.
