KNIGHTDALE —Charles Edward Ivey, 74, died Monday, June 25, 2012. Funeral services were held Friday at Christ Holiness Church in Wake Forest. Interment was at Riley Hill Baptist Church cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Hasty D. Ivey of the home; sons, Timothy Ivey of Knightdale and Connelle Dewberry (Reneé) of Raleigh; sister, Alma D. Holden of Baltimore, Md.; brother, Otha Ivey of Bunn; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
