LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Marvin “Bern” Williams, 46, who died Thursday, June 28, 2012, were held Tuesday, July 3, at Haywood Baptist Church, with Minister Patricia McClain officiating. Burial followed in the Mitchell Baptist Church cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Morganne B. Williams of Las Vegas, Nev.; mother, Rachel Dunston Williams of Louisburg; brother, Earl Williams of Henderson; half brother, James Hicks of Henderson.
