LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Thomas “Tom” Alston, 57, who died Monday, July 16, 2012, will be held at noon Friday, July 20, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, with the Rev. Randolph Alston officiating. Burial will follow in the Ellis family cemetery.

Surviving; daughter, Tomanina Moore-Taylor (Sean) of Raleigh; sisters, Essie P. Harris, Lola Wright, Mary Skipper and Orelia Alston, all of Louisburg; brother, Harvey Alston of Louisburg; and two granddaughters.

Open vsitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 19, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
