LOUISBURG - Eddie Charles Malone, 71, of Louisburg, died Thursday, August 9, 2012, at his home.  Son of Annie Lee Malone and the late Willie Lee Malone. 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Curly Malone and his wife, Tammy of Louisburg; his daughter, Deborah Malone Smith Jones and her husband, John of Youngsville; his brother, David Lydell Malone and his wife, Sandra of White Level; his grandchildren, Lisa Smith Bunton, Jason R. Smith and his wife, Kelly, Ashley Myers and her husband, Chris, Luke Meyers, Robert Charles Bailey Horton; his great-grandchildren, Phillip M. Bunton, Carmen B. Bunton and Emily Hughes.
