WAKE FOREST - Mary Ella Pagnella, 13, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, at Bright Funeral Home, 405 S. Main St., Wake Forest.

She was an eighth grade student at Franklin Academy.

Surviving: parents, George and Judy Sloan of Wake Forest; sisters and brothers, Alvia Sloan, Matthew Sloan, Wayne Fleming, Ashley Fleming, Crystal Fleming, Brandy Watson (Curtis), Joanne Guthrie, Michael Guthrie, Jackie Willoughby and Tina Cox; grandparents, George and Margaret Sloan; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Margaret Andrade.
