WAKE FOREST—Delmar Standford Davis, 58, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at his residence. Funeral service was held Thursday, Oct. 18, at Friendship Chapel Baptist Church, Wake Forest. Burial followed in the Wake Forest cemetery.

He was born to the late Hattie Corine Davis of Wake County.

Surviving: daughter, April Davis of Knightdale; son, Righteous Allah of Norfolk, Va.; five brothers; three sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
