FRANKLINTON —Funeral services for Hazel Ann Mitchell Perry, 76, who died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, will be held Friday, Nov. 2, at 3 p.m. at Gospel Unlimited Church of Christ, with Bishop Johnny Alston officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Kaye Massenburg of Youngsville; sons, Carl Perry of the home and Lee Perry of Franklinton; sisters, Annie Louise Walker of Franklinton and Evonne Neal of Raleigh; brother, Bennie Lee Mitchell of Rolesville; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
