WARRENTON - Funeral services for Gertrude Richardson, 84, who died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, will be conducted at 12 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at Shocco Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lennis Thorpe Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Delores Richardson of Baltimore, Md., Arnella Richardson-Cook of Mitchelville, Md., and Tolanda Richardson-Parker of Abingdon, Md.; sons, Hershey A. Richardson of Louisburg, Leon Richardson of Randallstown, Md., and Sukarno Richardson of Baltimore, Md.; sisters, Cornelia Hawkins of Warrenton and Mary Perry of Mt. Vernon, N.Y.; brothers, William H. Richardson Jr. of Louisburg, Samuel Richardson of Warrenton and Walter Richardson of Franklinton; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Wake services will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, at Richardson Funeral in Louisburg.
