LOUISBURG - Funeral services for  Morris “Mud” Jones, 70, who died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, were held Friday, Jan. 4, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, with the Rev. David Rosby officiating. Burial followed in the Cemetery on the Hill.

Surviving: sisters, Carolyn Jones, Shirley J. Perry, both of Louisburg, Lubelia Mannsur of Lillington, Christy Jones of Zebulon, Ruby Muñoz of Wilmington, Johnnie Holloway of Fayetteville, Cara Williams and Samantha Williams, both of Franklinton; brother, James Williams of Wilmington.
