LOUISBURG - Willie Evans, 93, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2006. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at Perry’s Missionary Baptist Church, Centerville. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday from 11-11:30 a.m. at the church prior to the service.

Surviving: wife, Nannie Evans; daughter, Bertina Proctor of Baltimore, Md.; stepsisters, Elouise Collier and Annie B. Alston of Louisburg; stepbrother, Lucious Hawkins of Louisburg; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
