LOUISBURG – Sarah Elizabeth Cash, 91, of Louisburg, died Monday evening at her home.

Elizabeth was a daughter of the late Richard and Mattie Croom Purkerson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Purvis Cash, and son, Wilber Cash.

A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Friday at Ransdell Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Jared Pemper officiating. Burial will follow at Flat Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rose and Bobby Jones; son and daughter-in-law, Badgie and Willa Cash, all of Louisburg; grandchildren, Mike Cash, Stanley Cash and Scotty Cash; 7 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
