YOUNGSVILLE - Jose Manuel Perez, 41, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Franklin Regional Medical Center. Services will be private.

He was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Jose and Myrna Gonzalez Perez.

Surviving: parents, Myrna Perez of Youngsville, Jose Perez (Joanna Madonna) of Wake Forest; sister Vanessa Gantt (George); stepsisters, Rachel, Michelle, and Isabelle; one niece; one nephew; and one uncle.
