LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Beulah Mae Blackwell, 83, who died Sunday, March 24, 2013, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bobby Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving:  daughters, Evelyn “Bernie” Blackwell of Louisburg and Carolyn Sneed of the home; sons, Charles “Pete” Manley and Ronald “Frog” Blackwell, both of Louisburg, Julius “Dan” Blackwell of Portsmouth, Va., Sterling “Wayne” Blackwell of Youngsville, Champ “June” Blackwell Jr. of Franklinton; sister, Ann Smith of Washington, D.C/’ 23 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 29.
