FRANKLINTON — Ethel Harris Churchill, 94, died Satuday, April 13, in Wilmington. Services were held Monday, April 22, at Pope’s Chapel Church cemetery.

She was born in Franlin County to the late Isaiah J. and Annie Champion Harris.
