MT. VERNON, N.Y.-Graveside services for Rosa Lou Allen, 83, originally of Vance County, who died Saturday, April 20, 2013, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, at the Concord Missionary Baptist Church cemetery.

Surviving: one brother, Loyal Allen of Silver Spring, Md.
