LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Martelle J. “Man” McLeod, 23, who died Wednesday, July 3, 2013, will be held at noon Tuesday, July 9, at New Hope Freedom & Deliverance Cathedral, with Dr. Charles A. Murrill Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams-McLeod cemetery.

Surviving: mother, Romal Y. McLeod of the home; maternal grandparents, Earvin and Minister Barbara McLeod of Louisburg; sister, Raquel McLeod-Hudgies (Jarad) of Port Orange, Fla.; brothers, Kelvin Thompson and Troy Brown, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Viewing will only be held at the church the day of the funeral.
