Missionary program
Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 267 E.F. Cottrell Road, Louisburg, will have its annual missionary program on Nov. 23 at 3 p.m.
Guest speaker will be Sister Ellner W. LeMay, 2nd vice president of the Woman's Baptist Home and Foreign Missionary Convention of North Carolina. She is from Grace Missionary Baptist Church of Kittrell and will be accompanied by her choir and ushers. Anyone who would like may dress in white for this occasion.

Thanksgiving service
Thanksgiving services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 27, at 10 a.m. at Hawkins Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 2199 Grove Hill Road, Franklinton.
The Rev. Walter Yarbrough, pastor of Warrenton Baptist Church, Warrenton, and associate pastor of Hawkins Chapel, will bring the message. The Male Chorus will render the music.

On Friday, Nov. 21, at 11 a.m., Old Liberty Baptist Church is hosting a luncheon for the visually impaired of Franklin County. The church is located at 1857 Flat Rock Church Road, Louisburg. Honoring seniors
Perry's Missionary Baptist Church will honor the senior adults on Sunday, Nov. 23, during the 11 a.m. worship service.
Pastor Alston will be preaching and the Senior Choir will sing. Deacon Roosevelt Alston will give words of encouragement to the seniors.

Special service
Christian Life Church of God, Inc., 6762 Hwy. 56 West, Franklinton, will have the second part of the Taming of the Tongue service on Nov. 23 at 3 p.m.

Men's Day service
First Baptist Church, Franklinton, will observe its annual Men's Day worship service on Sunday, Nov. 23, at 11 a.m. Pastor André L. Johnson will deliver the message and the Men's Day Choir will render the music.
Also on Nov. 23, the First Baptist Junior Choir will celebrate its anniversary at 4 p.m.

A Pre-Thanksgiving service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 7 p.m. at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church, 893 Bunn Elementary School Road, Bunn. The Rev. Jamil Crossin, pastor of New Liberty Baptist Church. Louisburg, will render the service.

Willing Workers
The Willing Workers of Allen Chapel Baptist Church will celebrate their 54th Anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 23, at 4 p.m. The speaker will be the Rev. Timothy Johnson of Corinth United Church of Christ, Youngsville.
