HENDERSON - Henry Roger Ayscue, 68, died Sunday, March 4, 2007 at Maria Parham Medical Center. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, March 6, at the Pernell family cemetery in Alert, with the Rev. Wilbert Horton officiating.

Born in Franklin County, he was the son of Jessie Faulkner Ayscue of Henderson and the late Hugh Ayscue. He was retired from Harriett and Henderson Yarns, Inc., where he worked for 31 years.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Tammy Ayscue and Robin Terry, both of Henderson; sons, Roger Ayscue and Bruce Ayscue, both of Henderson; sisters, Zenith A. Weaver, Carolyn A. Huff, Diane Ayscue and Sherry A. Walsh, all of Henderson; brother, Perry Ayscue of Henderson; and three grandchildren.
