LOUISBURG - Billy Ray “Tinky” Shelton Jr., 28, died Sunday, March 4, 2007. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, March 10) at Bowling Funeral Home, 661 English Road, Rocky Mount.

Surviving: parents, Dorothy and Billy Shelton of Bunn; brothers, Michael Stanley of Middlesex, William Scott Stanley of Erwin; and a number of nieces and nephews.
