LOUISBURG - Mary Catherine “Cathy” Radford, 57, of Louisburg died Thursday, April 27, 2006, in Franklin Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. from Centerville Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Robert Boone and the Rev. Leo Bennett. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her son, Benjamin G. Radford, Jr., and her father, William M. Ellington.

Surviving: husband, B. G. Radford; daughter, Renee R. Shearin and husband, Jamie of Louisburg; granddaughter, Michaela Shearin; mother, Ruby Ellington of Louisburg; sisters, Rose Clark of Louisburg and Norma Rhodes of Louisburg; brother, Bill Ellington of Louisburg.

The family received friends Friday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funerals and Cremations, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg.
