LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Somecko “Mecko” Dunn, 26, who died Thursday, May 10, 2007, were conducted Monday, May 14, at South Main Street Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Rosby officiating. Burial followed in the Cedar Street Cemetery.

Surviving: mother, Patrice Edgerton Davis of Louisburg; father, Donald Ray Dunn of Bunn; maternal grandmother, Eleanor Edgerton of Louisburg; paternal grandparents, Peggy Bolton of Bunn and Percy Thorne of Oxford.
