ZEBULON - Louvenia C. Ray, 80, died Friday, May 25, 2007. A memorial service was conducted Monday, May 28, at Pearce Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Fred and Ivie Privette Ray. Mrs. Ray was an employee of Champion Products for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ervin, Grady and Carl Ray; her sisters, Pauline Whitaker, Ruth Oakley and Eleanor Ray.

Surviving: her nieces, Kay Lynch, Celestia Jeffreys, Betty W. Frazier and Ilene Shearon; and nephews Barry Whitaker, Bob Ray, Donnie Oakley and Mike Ray.
