DURHAM - Leroy “Charlie” Nicholson, 61, died Tuesday, March 21, 2006. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, with the Rev. W. C. Radcliff officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: his wife, Ruby Gordon Nicholson; one daughter, Lekeesha Lalla of New Jersey; one sister, Christine Isler of Durham; one brother, Weldon Nicholson of Louisburg; and three grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today (Saturday, March 25) at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
