LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Barbara K. Brodie, 80, who died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, will be held Sunday, Jan. 7, at 4 p.m. in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg.

Surviving: husband, Ralph A. Brodie of the home; daughters, Jill A. Kearney of Henderson, Faith Davis (Rex) of Raleigh; son, Ralph Brodie Jr. (Marion) of Henderson; sisters, Evelyn K. Mitchell of Louisburg, Bertha Jackson and Linda Perry, both of Franklinton, Faye Ruth Langhone (Phillip) of Crofton, Md., Mildred Johnson of Raleigh, Sandra Pender (Tommy) of Franklinton; brothers, Phil Columbus Kearney (Juana) of Metuchen, N.J., James Kearney (Catherine) of Louisburg, Preston Kearney, Floyd Kearney (Madeline), Jerry Kearney (Shirley) and Barry Rodwell (Crystal), all of Franklinton; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be Sunday afternoon before the funeral from 3 until 4 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
