HAW RIVER - Annie Yarborough Moon Hendry, 79, formerly of Louisburg, died Monday, June 11, 2007. A graveside service was conducted Thursday, June 14, at Graham Memorial Park, with the Rev. James L. Rosser officiating. The Rev. Chris Allman was soloist.

Surviving: daughter, Mary Ann Poole (James) of Durham; brother-in-law, Astor Bowden; sister-in-law, Lala Moon, both of Louisburg; and one granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hurbert Hendry; mother, Annie Lee Matthew Moon; father, Jessie Grey Moon; sisters, Katie Bartholomew and Mattie Bowden; brothers, Grey Moon and Charlie Moon.
