FRANKLINTON – Elizabeth N. Williams, 73, died July 17, 2007. A funeral service will be held Sunday, July 22, at 2 p.m. at Hawkins Chapel Baptist Church in Franklinton. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Williams was born on Nov. 13, 1933, in Franklin County to the late Lizzie Carrington and Buck Norwood.

Survivors include two daughters, Jacqueline Williams of the home and Barbara Williams of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Willie B. Taylor and Suzanna Holden, both of Franklinton; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
