LOUISBURG – Funeral services for Frank “Snoot” Ragland, 81, who died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007, will be conducted on Monday, Sept. 10, at 1 p.m. at the Ruin Creek Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Ruin Creek Church cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Georgianna Ragland of the home; two daughters, Miriam Ragland of Louisburg and Carol J. Wright of the home; three sons, Charles Ragland, Bobby Ragland and Leon Ragland, all of Louisburg; two brothers, Willie Ragland of Newark, N.J., and Ralph Glover of Henderson; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Sunday, Sept. 9, from 3-8 p.m.
