WENDELL - Lessie Gray Perry Davis, 88, died Sunday evening, Sept. 23, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 26) at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, daughter of the late Tinker and Ethel Pulley Perry.

In addition to her parents, her husband, William Hoyle Davis, and a sister, Dora Dean McDuffie, preceded her in death.

Surviving: a sister, Jewell Richardson of Zebulon.

The family will receive friends from 1-1:45 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at Bethany Baptist Church, 3417 Rolesville Road, Wendell.
