CASTALIA - Lisa Rose Radford Cooke, 41, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007 in Nash General Hospital. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the chapel of Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, with the Rev. Tommy Eagle officiating. Burial followed in Lancaster Memorial Park.

Surviving: husband, Keith Cooke; children, Robert Cooke, Joseph Cooke, Kimberly Cooke and Courtney Cooke; mother, Linda Jordon (Andy Sr.) of Henderson; father, Ervin Radford (Vicky) of Castalia; brother, Andy Jordon Jr. of Henderson, Stacy Radford and Casey Radford, both of Castalia; sister, Mary Jane Colbert of Castalia.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
