WAKE FOREST — Lora Jane Ray Thompson, 58, of 1308 Keith Road, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007.

She was born in Wake County and was a retired cafeteria manager with the Wake County school system. Graveside was Thursday at Stony Hill Baptist Church cemetery with the Rev. Jamie Dew officiating.

Survivors are: husband, Ennis E. Thompson; son, Tony Thompson (Shelly) of Raleigh; father, Thurman Ray of Wake Forest; twin sister, Jean Seagroves (Bobby) of Franklinton; brothers, Nelson Ray (Brenda) and Marvin Ray of Wake Forest; a grandson.
