FRANKLINTON - Anthony Quinn Neal, 46, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007. Funeral services were conducted Friday, Nov. 9, at Rocky Chapel Baptist Church. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Brittany; mother, Josephine Cope of Franklinton; brother, Michael Neal of Connecticut; and a host of other relatives and friends.
