LOUISBURG – James Dewey “Jim” Milon, 61, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Nov. 17) at Jordan Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. James Barham officiating. Burial will follow in the Milon family cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Rosa Milon of the home; three daughters, Shirley Jean Small of Henderson, Sharon Milon of Raleigh and Nicole Milon of Louisburg; two sons, Randolph Jones of Henderson and James Milon Jr. of Louisburg; three stepsons, Dexter Alston of Baltimore, Md., Derrick Alston of Durham and Terry Alston of Louisburg; his mother, Luvenia Milon of Louisburg; one sister, Gwendolyn Wright of Louisburg; two brothers, Cornell Milon of Louisburg and Bobby Fogg of Kittrell; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
