LOUISBURG - Robert Gordon Etheredge, 64, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007 at his home. A funeral service was conducted Sunday, Nov. 18, at the Mitchell Funeral Home chapel, Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh. Interment followed at Raleigh Memorial Park.

He was born in Bakersfield, Calif., to Basil Gordon and Bertha Fox Etheredge.

Surviving: his wife, Priscilla Lukas Etheredge; daughters, Janell Etheredge of Raleigh, Jamie Cross (William) of Raleigh; and four grandchildren.
