LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Mattie Bell Davis, 69, who died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at Nelson Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Emma Solomon officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Joyce A. Davis, Lessie M. Davis and Faye M. Davis, all of the home, and Judy Davis Evans of Louisburg; sons, Harold Davis of the home and Wayne J. Davis of Durham; one brother, John W. Perry of Louisburg; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today (Saturday, Dec. 15) at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
